Day 2

Writing is a skill. In here I send notes of my writing from the 50 days of writing course by David Perell, to reflect, develop and build my writing style.

In the second email of 50 days writing email course by David Perell, David talks about how influential writing can be. He explains how abundant the internet is to see different perspectives people have on one topic.

David also says writing in public is the best way to achieve something great. It applies the pressure of writing consistently. James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits - wonderfully describes the power of social pressure as

If you wish you would take something more seriously, do it publicly… Social pressure forces you to up your game.

The internet is the library we always dreamed of. It’s a place to learn, network, and connect with experts. I personally believe in the statement, I mean back 10 years, in order to meet someone who you look up to was very difficult, but now. Internet has completely changed that.

So, In conclusion

1. Writing online is the best way to learn and network.

2. Write in simple sentences.

3. Always share stories around the topic.

4. Start with an abundance of notes.

5. Share your ideas by publishing them online.

This whole publish online has a story behind it. You see, I have written a long article explaining how story-telling is the way to go and how we must always think back.

This post was too-long I had to not post it, but maybe i was trying too hard. I will give the post another go, with all the learnings and few stories from the notes rather than dumping them.
